Juan Henao

Juan Henao is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Principal Specialist in System Operations at Bell since September 2019, focusing on team management and IT integration for acquisitions. Prior to this role, Juan was a Team Lead in IT Infrastructure at Bell Media, where responsibilities included system integration and problem-solving for level 2 and 3 IT issues. Juan's earlier experience includes leading the IT infrastructure team at NEWAD while also working as a Network and System Administrator, where skills in network analysis and server planning were honed. Juan began a career as a Network Engineer at Netfocus Solutions Colombia Ltda, addressing network and equipment issues. Juan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Politecnico Grancolombiano and is currently pursuing additional education in administering MS SQL Server databases.
