Lori Power

Lori Power is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and customer care in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Change Management in Finance at Bell since March 2014, Lori has been instrumental in developing and executing change management strategies for the departmental Transformation Program, successfully leading integrations across various teams. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of Senior Manager of Billing Operations, overseeing a team responsible for billing and payments for over 600,000 customers. Lori’s career began at Bell Aliant in 1998, where notable roles included Senior Manager of Business Customer Care and Senior Business Performance Analyst. Lori's progressive experience spans multiple functions, including Customer Operations, Marketing, and Sales, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University and training in Prosci.
