Philippe Quesnel

Philippe Quesnel is a passionate senior strategic leader at Bell, with over 25 years of experience in Canada's telecommunications industry. Previously, Philippe held various leadership roles, including General Manager of Outside Plant Engineering, where they managed substantial investment portfolios and led teams of over 400 engineers. With a strong focus on building high-performance teams and fostering innovation, Philippe successfully executed Canada's largest fiber builds and was instrumental in launching 5G technology. Philippe's educational background includes a Baccalauréat in Civil Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and multiple executive management certificates from Harvard Business School.
