Rachel Babins

Rachel Babins has extensive experience in cyber security, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Cyber Incident Response Team at Bell since January 2022, following a role as Senior Specialist within the same team. Prior to Bell, Rachel held positions at CIBC as a Senior Fusion Response Specialist and Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst from September 2019 to January 2022. Additional experience includes an analyst position at NATO in late 2018 and a Junior Policy Analyst role in the area of Nuclear Security and Bilateral Relations at Natural Resources Canada in the summer of 2018. Rachel began their career as a Compliance Analyst and Research Assistant at the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs in 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in European and Russian Studies and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from the University of Toronto, along with a semester exchange in International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
