Rupa Vemulapalli

Rupa Vemulapalli is a multi-faceted professional with a strong background in software development, data analysis, and project coordination. Currently serving as the Founder of NEXT Canada since December 2024, Rupa is dedicated to problem-solving and shaping a better future. In the role of Software Developer in Network Big Data at Bell since August 2023, Rupa contributes to data product development. Previous experience includes positions as a Provincial Projects Coordinator at Engineers Without Borders Canada and multiple roles at Deloitte, including Data Analyst and Business Analyst, where Rupa collaborated on important strategic frameworks and opportunities. Rupa also led the first Engineers Without Borders student design team in Canada, focusing on social impact through innovative engineering solutions. A graduate of the University of Waterloo with a BASc in Computer Engineering, Rupa was recognized as the University of Waterloo's Engineering Co-op Student of the Year in 2020 for notable contributions in energy consumption prediction.
