Matt Tsourdalakis

Matt Tsourdalakis is an accomplished Product Design Manager with extensive experience in leading design teams and mentoring programs across various companies in the tech and communications sectors. Currently serving at Sinch since November 2022, Matt focuses on developing design capabilities in the APAC region. Previously, Matt held leadership roles at Academy Xi, MessageMedia, and SelfWealth, where significant contributions were made to enhance design capabilities and drive product design initiatives. Matt's consultancy work included engagements with notable clients such as Toyota, MYER, and Betfair through RXP Group. A Bachelor of Visual Arts & Design degree was obtained from ACU Melbourne between 2007 and 2009. Matt is recognized for a calm and professional approach to complex design projects and fostering talent development within design teams.
