Sylvain Menard

Sylvain Menard has extensive experience in program management, security, and technical architecture, having held significant roles at Bell from January 2016 to August 2020. As a Transformation Program Manager, Sylvain led a team of 10 using the SAFe implementation methodology to launch new data connectivity products and established a Center of Excellence for provisioning process transformation. In the role of Senior Manager for the Security Practice, responsibilities included supporting a sales team with an $80 million target and developing scalable security solutions. Sylvain also served as Senior Manager of Technical Architecture, focusing on a $120 million network sales target, managing relationships with manufacturers, and driving support for major client projects.
