Margo Lloyd has extensive experience in human resources and administrative services, currently serving as the HR Administration Manager at Bell-Carter Foods, LLC since March 1993. In this role, Margo oversees compensation and benefits, HRIS and recognition software systems, talent acquisition and management, as well as planning and budgeting, while also providing support to the CEO and Board. Previous positions at Bell-Carter include Human Resources/Administrative Services Manager, where Margo focused on labor relations and employee issue investigations, and Executive Assistant/Administrative Services Manager, assisting the CEO and executive team. Prior to Bell-Carter, Margo worked as an Administrative Assistant at Continental Companies, supporting the Senior Vice President with sales and marketing services in a high-volume environment.
