Evan McAdams has extensive experience in the manufacturing and quality sectors, currently serving as Ldr Quality and Front Line Leader at Bell Flight since September 2017. Prior to this role, McAdams was a Manufacturing Supervisor at Klein Tools, where responsibilities included planning and directing manufacturing activities, ensuring safety compliance, and leading team development. Earlier career experience includes working as a Gear Cut and Grind Machinist at Bell Helicopter and a Machinist at FMC Technologies, where precision measuring was a key focus. McAdams holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Applied Technology & Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas and a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas State Technical College Waco, specializing in CNC Machinist Technology.
