Director, Materials & Process Technology at Bell Flight

Kathleen Oldham has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Kathleen started their career in 2001 as a Materials Engineer at DENSO and worked there for four years. In 2005, they joined Bell Flight and held various roles, starting as an Engineer and progressing to become the Director of Materials & Process Technology. Throughout their tenure at Bell Flight, they served as an Engineering Specialist, Senior Engineer, Chief of MR&D, and Manager of Chemical Processes and Standards & Calibration Laboratory. Kathleen then took on the role of Senior Manager before ultimately being promoted to their current position as the Director of Materials & Process Technology. Kathleen'sextensive experience in materials and process technology demonstrates their expertise and dedication in the field.

Kathleen Oldham obtained an MBA in Operations Management and Strategic Leadership from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2007. Kathleen also holds a MSE in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they received in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their BSE in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2002. Kathleen Oldham also holds a certification as a Continuous Improvement Black Belt, which was obtained in 2015.
