Megan Bryk

Megan Bryk, SHRM-CP, MBA, serves as the HR Business Partner Manager at Bell Flight, having advanced through various HR roles since October 2018. In this position, Megan leads the HRBP function for Corporate Functions and offers strategic advice on talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement, while also managing compensation processes and organizational design. Prior experience includes roles at Textron Aviation, where Megan handled employee relations and compliance issues, and Bell Helicopter, where responsibilities included supporting HRBP functions and onboarding.
