Shayna Nelson

Shayna Nelson has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, with a career at Bell Flight spanning from February 2006 to the present. As a 3PL Site Manager, Shayna is responsible for logistics execution processes for US Government customers, focusing on efficient inventory management, packaging, and shipping. Previous roles include Project Manager for the V-22 program, Program Project Manager for Bell Legacy Military Light Products, and Integrated Logistics Support Manager for various military aircraft programs. Shayna's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Production Control Specialist and Purchasing Supervisor, alongside a robust tenure with the US Navy as an Aviation Machinist Mate, where responsibilities included supervising engine module repairs and working as a jet engine mechanic. Shayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
