Tricia Hiros

Tricia Hiros has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the FLRAA Airworthiness Manager at Bell Textron Inc. since May 1999, where leadership is provided to a dynamic airworthiness qualification team for the US Army’s Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program. Previously, Tricia held roles including FLRAA Airworthiness Lead and Senior Project Manager, focusing on enterprise alignment and manufacturing readiness. Additional experience includes positions as Principal & Manager in Process Engineering & Optimization, Program Management Training & Development Lead, and Textron Six Sigma Black Belt. Tricia began the professional journey as a Senior Project & Applications Engineer at Aetrium from 1993 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, following studies at Louisiana State University.
