Sally Whincop

Sally focuses on commercial property transactions, and in particular all aspects of development and commercial leasing.

Sally specialises in commercial property and is a highly experienced and regarded practitioner in that area. Her experience spans almost 20 years of acting on some of New Zealand's most high profile property transactions. Many of her clients have large national property portfolios. She has worked closely with these clients over many years on their complex, diverse and changing property needs, and her clients value her common-sense strategic advice.

Sally also has broad commercial leasing experience and acts for a number of large commercial landlord and tenant clients. She routinely advises on and negotiates a full range of transactions including complex design lease and build arrangements. Sally also provides strategic advice around dispute resolution between landlords and tenants.

Additionally, she leads property aspects of due diligence across a range of property assets.
