Jim Fixsen

Jim Fixsen has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jim began their career as a Structural Engineer at Darg Bolgren Menk in 1996. Jim then joined Target in 1999, where they served as a Structural Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Construction Project Manager. In 2006, they held the position of Vice President at Favre Group before starting their own company, Fixsen Companies Inc., where they worked as the Owner Principal until 2009.

In 2007, Jim joined Bell Lumber and Pole Company as their National Sales Manager, and later became the Director of Sales and Development in 2023. Overall, Jim has demonstrated versatility in their roles, ranging from engineering to construction management and sales.

Jim Fixsen earned a BA degree in Physics from Bethel University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Jim then attended the University of Minnesota from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a BS degree in Civil Engineering.
