Vikram O. Kadiri has a diverse range of work experience. Vikram O. started their career as a Video Production Intern at Honors Carolina in 2017. Vikram O. then went on to work as a Distribution Intern at Indican Pictures and as a Felony Unit Intern at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public Defender's Office. In 2019, Vikram became a Dave Kennedy Fellow at the Institute for Justice and later served as a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina School of Law. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Legal Intern at the North Carolina General Assembly and as an Everett Judicial Fellow at the Cabarrus County Courthouse. Most recently, Vikram joined Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP in 2021 as a Corporate and M&A Attorney. Throughout their career, they also held the position of Managing Editor at the First Amendment Law Review.

Vikram O. Kadiri completed their education at various institutions. Starting from 2009 to 2013, they attended Cox Mill High School, where they obtained their high school education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2013 to 2017. Afterward, from 2018 to 2019, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for a Doctor of Law degree. Lastly, they attended the University of North Carolina School of Law from 2019 to 2021, where they received a Doctor of Law degree (JD).
