Matthew Frazier

Matthew Frazier has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Matthew'smost recent role was as a Senior Director of Tools & Technology at Bell Techlogix, where they implemented and operated complex ServiceNow instances. Prior to that, they worked at Unisys as the Director of Cloud Solutions, leading the engineering and architecture team for the Unisys Cloud Management Platform. Matthew also operated the Unisys ITSMaaS platform and developed strategic enhancements for the BMC Remedy ITSM platform. Matthew has previous experience at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services as a Project Manager and Technical Lead, where they led the development and implementation of an internal information management tool. Matthew also worked as a Corporate Strategy Consultant, conducting analysis and providing thought leadership on enterprise-wide improvement projects. Additionally, Matthew has prior experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at Electronic Data Systems and as a Researcher and Co-Author at Centenary College of Louisiana.

Matthew Frazier obtained their BA degree in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, ITIL Foundation, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
