Jim Monast has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various managerial positions since 1999. Currently serving as General Manager at Bella Notte Restaurant Group since February 2022, Jim previously held similar roles at Honeywood, Buttermilk Kitchen, Bellina Alimentari, Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, and McCormick & Schmick's. Additionally, Jim has experience as Managing Partner at HMSHost and Rare Hospitality, along with a tenure as Restaurant Manager at Liberty House Restaurant Group. Jim's educational background includes studies at the University of Rhode Island.
