Diane Rivera has extensive experience in roles related to customer service and sales operations. Diane is currently the Director of Customer Service at BELLA+CANVAS. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales Operations & Customer Service at K-Swiss Global Brands from September 2017 to January 2023. From December 2013 to August 2017, Diane worked at J BRAND where they held the position of Customer Service and Sales Support Manager. In this role, they managed daily operations for domestic and international sales support departments and played a key role in the successful implementation of an ERP system.
