Maximilian Mauser

Maximilian Mauser has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Maximilian currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Human Resources at both Alo Yoga and BELLA+CANVAS. Prior to these roles, they served as a Senior Manager and Manager at GUESS?, Inc., where they were responsible for human resources and organizational development. Maximilian also worked as a Counselor and in the International Student Office at East Central University. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at Bavarian Grill.

Maximilian Mauser holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from East Central University. Maximilian also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Maximilian has received the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in March 2019. Maximilian also possesses certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and LIFO Practitioner Certification from Life Orientations Ltd. Furthermore, Maximilian has completed the Management Development Program from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and is an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP) certified by the Institute of Organization Development.
