Scott B. is an accomplished professional in digital strategy and user experience with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Strategy at Bellco Credit Union since March 2017, Scott directed the digital transformation for a multimillion-dollar digital banking platform and implemented a Virtual Assistant engine for member support. Previously, Scott worked as the Lead Experience Architect at EffectiveUI, Inc., where CX/UX strategies were developed for clients in telecommunications and financial services, and as the Director of User Experience at Manifest Digital, leading cross-functional teams for major clients like Kohl's and Allstate Insurance. Early in the career at Accenture, Scott managed usability design teams for clients such as Nike and General Motors. Scott holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan.
