Tia Dubuisson

Tia Dubuisson has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Tia began their career in 2001 as a Brachytherapy Specialist at CR Bard, where they facilitated and coordinated committees composed of industry and academic scientists, and provided oversight of group activities to ensure consistency with the organization’s principles and processes. Tia also conducted efficacy studies in a BSL-2 radioactive microbiology laboratory and submitted all documentation from biocompatibility studies to QA/R&D for compliance review and inclusion on 510K submissions to the FDA. In 2006, they worked as a Microbiology Associate II at SAIC-VPP Pilot Plant. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Sequella, Inc. as a Microbiologist. In 2013, they became the President and Co-Founder of Belle Fleur Technologies Inc., specializing in "Agile Digital Transformation Solutions In The Cloud" with expertise in Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Mobile, APIs and Analytics. Tia has worked with clients such as Wipro, Lexmark, Cobiscorp, Annalect, Office Depot, Oportun, Yellowpepper, and Visa, changing the economics and practices of businesses, from Start-ups to Fortune 500 Enterprise.

Tia Dubuisson has a Master of Science (MS) in Microbiology, General from Georgia State University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Tia also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Pepperdine University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they hold a number of certifications, including AWS Solutions Architect-Associate from Kryterion (obtained in April 2017), AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services (obtained in February 2016), AWS TCO Cloud and Economics from Amazon Web Services (obtained in February 2016), AWS Technical Professional from Amazon Web Services (obtained in February 2016), Certified Radiation Safety Officer from Radiation Safety Academy (obtained in May 2008), and AWS Cloud Practioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) (obtained in July 2019).
