Donald (Don) Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, compliance, and human resources. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Belle of Louisville Riverboats since May 2022, Griffin previously held the position of Compliance Officer at Beacon Community Credit Union, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and overseeing suspicious activity reporting. Prior roles include Administrative Coordinator at Belle of Louisville Riverboats, Policy and Compliance Administrator at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections, and Human Resources Personnel Analyst for the Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government. Griffin holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Eastern Kentucky University.
