Kaitlyn Manicom is an accomplished marketing professional with a diverse background in digital and email marketing. Currently serving as the Email Marketing Manager at Bellesa since August 2025, Kaitlyn previously held positions at Northern as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Coordinator from June 2023 to August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at TLC Landscaping Design + Pools as a Content & Communications Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator from May 2021 to May 2023, as well as positions at Foot Locker and Aerie by AEO, Inc. Kaitlyn's career began with a focus on customer service as a Sales Floor Associate and a Copy & Print Representative. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with Honours Specialization in Consumer Behaviour from Western University between 2018 and 2022.
