Jeremy Earnshaw is a professional with 35 years of executive experience in a range of sectors and differently-funded companies. Since 2019, they have been the Founder of Clarendon Executive Coaching & Mentoring, providing major value-added benefits to Individuals & Organisations. In 2022, they became a Partner at gunnercooke llp, providing Portfolio CFO & Non-Executive Director services. Jeremy also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Optoma, One Heritage Group PLC, Karbon Homes, BluDesks.com, and BelleVie. In 2021, they took on the role of Portfolio Chief Financial Officer for Companies include CFO VC-backed Healthcare at Home, CFO £40m IT Logistics, & Cloud CFO Real Estate. From 2014 to 2021, they were the Group Chief Financial Officer of Your Housing Group, delivering massive added value over 7 years. In 2012, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer of The Practice PLC, a venture-capital backed £30m revenue business, to specifically deliver a rapid turnaround.

Jeremy Earnshaw has an extensive educational background. Jeremy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds between 1984 and 1987. Jeremy then went on to obtain a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) in Accounting and Finance from 1987 to 1990. In 2019, they earned a Level 7 (most advanced level) Executive Coaching & Mentoring Postgraduate Certificate from The Institute of Leadership & Management. Jeremy is currently pursuing a Postgraduate MSc Masters Degree in Coaching & Mentoring from Newcastle University, which they are expected to complete by 2023.
