Jim Holcomb

Jim Holcomb has a diverse work experience. Jim has been a Member of the Board at TN Arts Academy Foundation since 2016. In 2012, they joined Bellevue Baptist Church as the Director of the Horn Studio in the School of Performing Arts. Additionally, they have been a part of Cultural Connections by Design LLC since 2018, serving on their Technologies Advisory Board where they play a role in the distinction between training and education. Their commitment to skill development and purposeful education is evident in their work.

Jim Holcomb earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of Central Arkansas in 1967. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from Humes High School in 1963, where they studied science, music, and Spanish. In 1981, they completed a Master of Science degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Memphis. Later, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Supervision in 2003. Additionally, it is known that they specialized in music education, with a focus on the horn and voice.
