Willie Gervais

Willie Gervais is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various restaurant roles, currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Bellevue Club since July 2017. Previous positions include Chef Instructor at FareStart, Sous Chef at Ethan Stowell Restaurants, and an internship at NOMA Restaurant. Additional experience encompasses work as a Cook at Zuni Cafe and Ciao Mambo, along with an internship at Chez Panisse. Gervais also contributed to the U of Montana Catering as part of a team delivering professional catering services for public and private events. Gervais holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from Missoula College, earned between 2012 and 2014.
