Amber Stanton

Ms. Stanton is a corporate lawyer and was appointed as General Counsel / Company Secretary in June 2021. Prior to joining Bellevue, Ms. Stanton was General Counsel / Company Secretary at Resolute Mining. Prior to that Role Ms. Stanton held roles as partner at two international law firms, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, energy and resources and general corporate and commercial matters. Ms. Stanton was the WA winner of the 2011 Telstra Business Women’s Award (Corporate and Private Sector).
