Jordan Cartwright

Jordan was raised in Gig Harbor, WA and began in healthcare as a Massage Therapist. After seven years she was ready to explore new ways to assist people and transitioned into Complex Rehabilitation with a local company. Her skills in identifying problems and crafting solutions lead her to become an Analyst.In 2017, she joined Bellevue Healthcare’s Complex Rehabilitation Team where she put her background as an Analyst to work helping BHC establish new protocols to streamline our claim submission process. She was promoted to Director of Revenue Cycle where she continued to improve our processes to reduce errors and processing time to help ensure our customers receive their equipment faster. In 2019 she transitioned back to our Rehab team becoming the Director of Rehab Support.Jordan enjoys the dynamic nature of healthcare and the opportunities that are created for improved customer care.
