Previously, James held the position of Director of Information Technology/Information Security at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from 2012 to 2018, overseeing information technology and security across nine offices and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks. Prior roles include Manager of Systems Engineering at Premera Blue Cross, contributing to quality assurance and disaster recovery solutions, and various positions at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from 1999 to 2011, focusing on network operations, emerging technologies, and cloud services integration. James holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems for Business from Colorado Mesa University.
