Tom Hein

Tom Hein is an experienced project manager and portfolio manager with a strong background in process and product development within the healthcare and financial sectors. Since December 2015, Tom has served as the Process and Product Development Portfolio Manager at Bellin Health, guiding projects from inception to benefit realization in collaboration with leadership and the PMO. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Ministry Health Care, where Tom managed projects across various healthcare systems, and Operations and Technology PMO Manager at Associated Bank, leading a team of project managers for significant initiatives. With extensive experience in IT consulting and project management, Tom has a proven track record of optimizing resources, enhancing team performance, and driving successful project outcomes. Tom holds an MBA in Organizational Communication from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Communication and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
