Prashant Issar is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in managing and founding a variety of successful culinary ventures. Currently serving as Managing Director of Bellona Hospitality Services Limited since September 2024, Issar also holds the position of Founder and Managing Director at Stratix Hospitality Private Limited since May 2014, which operates the award-winning concept restaurant ISHAARA, recognized for its employment of individuals with hearing and speech impairments. Previous roles include Co-founder and CEO of Squaremeal Foods Private Limited, where Issar was instrumental in launching Mirchi & Mime and Madeira & Mime, and Vice President of Operations at KA Hospitality, overseeing multiple high-profile restaurant brands. Previous experience includes leadership positions at The Park Hotels and Michelin-starred Amaya in London. Issar holds an MBA in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Brand Management from Henley Business School and a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai.
