James Jackson

James Jackson is an accomplished IT leader currently serving as the Group Chief Information Officer at Bellrock Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, James spent nearly a decade at NEC Group, where responsibilities included overseeing technology strategy, service management, and project delivery as Group CIO / IT Director. With experience as an Independent Consultant and Interim CIO from October 2013 to August 2014, James supported organizations in executing their IT strategies. Earlier career highlights include serving as Divisional CIO / IT Director at Gate Gourmet, managing a global IT budget exceeding £15 million, and as Head of Outlet & Marketing Systems at Mitchells & Butlers, overseeing IT and change initiatives across 1,600 outlets. James holds a BA from Leeds Beckett University.
