Jarrad Principe

Jarrad Principe is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in real estate and accounting. Currently serving as a Partner at Bellrock Real Estate Partners since January 2020, Jarrad previously held several key financial roles at Olympus Property from February 2013 to October 2019, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Prior experience includes working as a SALT Associate at Grant Thornton, LLP, and various positions at Olympus Property, including Asset Manager and Accounting Intern. Jarrad's career began with an internship at KPMG as a Tax Intern. Jarrad holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed between 2007 and 2012.
