Head of People and Culture at Bellroy

Clare Scott has over 17 years of work experience in the field of People and Culture. Clare began their career in 2003 as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page. In 2004, they became a Senior Consultant in Indirect Taxation at KPMG Australia. In 2005, they founded The Gift Consultancy. From 2007 to 2008, they held the position of Divisional Manager and Legal/Operations Manager at Meghen Group. Clare then moved to Julia Ross as Divisional Manager in 2008. In 2009, they were appointed as Policy Research Director at Smart Taxes. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Head of People/Advisor to the Directors at Project Zebra. Clare then moved to Elabor8 as People and Culture in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Head of People and Culture at GreenSync Pty Ltd. Currently, they are the Head of People and Culture at Bellroy.

Clare Scott obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, With Commendation from the College of Law in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained an LL.b (hons) with French from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques from Sciences Po Bordeaux in 1996-1997.
