The Operations and Compliance team at Bellus Academy ensures that the institution runs efficiently and adheres to regulatory standards. The People Operations Business Partner manages HR functions, fostering a positive work environment. The Financial Aid Officer and Financial Aid & Compliance Manager oversee student financial services to ensure lawful and effective aid distribution.
