Matt Lacey

Matt Lacey is an experienced architectural technician with a diverse background in the construction industry. Currently employed at Bellway Homes since May 2024, Matt previously worked as a technical professional at JPK Design Ltd and held various positions at Persimmon Homes, including design manager and layout designer. Earlier experience includes roles as an assistant architectural designer at Bovis Homes and a CAD technician at Elements Europe, which specializes in modern building solutions. Matt's career began as a technician at Structural Glass Solutions and as a surveyor at Phoenix Insulations Ltd. Matt holds a degree in Building Studies with a focus on Building Construction Technology from the University of Wolverhampton.
