Matthew Winton

Matthew Winton is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Building Safety Division at Bellway Homes since October 2025, Matthew has held senior surveying roles at various companies, including Joyce Groundwork from January 2022 to October 2025 and Brookworth Homes from September 2020 to January 2022. Prior to these positions, Matthew worked as a Senior Surveyor at PJ Brown (Construction) Ltd from August 2019 until made redundant in June 2020, and earlier as a Senior Surveyor and Chief Surveyor at Bellway Homes (South East / South London) from December 2013 to August 2019.
