Andrew Heppner has worked in the coffee industry for over a decade. In 2010, they founded Populace Coffee and served as its Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, they joined Bellwether Coffee as a Regional Sales Manager, before being promoted to Senior Regional Sales Manager and then Director of Sales. In this role, they work directly with the regional sales team to showcase their roasting platform to independent coffee businesses.

Andrew Heppner completed their education at Bay City Central High School in 2005, earning a degree in "Hard Knocks" in the field of "Life".
