Elizabeth Pachaud has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elizabeth began their career as a Lead Youth Liaison at Public Health - Seattle & King County, where they conducted retailer tobacco compliance checks and testified to the Washington Legislature on bills affecting youth tobacco access. Elizabeth was also appointed as the sole youth member of a committee to disperse funding from a tobacco settlement. Elizabeth co-organized conferences on youth tobacco use and represented the department at the World Health Organization Global Conference on Tobacco or Health.

Following that, Elizabeth worked as a Development Assistant and Program Evaluation Consultant at Arts Corps, where they wrote grant proposals, maintained donor relations, and helped develop a program evaluation template. Elizabeth then joined Farm Sanctuary as a Planning Director for National Events.

Elizabeth co-founded and served as the Creative Director of Detroit Brunch, an all-vegan specialty meal service. Elizabeth created content, branding, and marketing materials, and helped manage day-to-day operations. Elizabeth also owned and operated Honor Society Coffee, a specialty wholesale coffee roaster with a retail cafe and wine bar. Elizabeth managed daily operations, logistics, and sales access to broader markets.

Elizabeth then worked as the Director of Roasting and Wholesale Operations at The Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Co., where they oversaw roasting, wholesale operations, and comprehensive coffee training programs. Elizabeth later joined Mercy For Animals as an Undercover Investigator and Digital Content Creator, documenting animal cruelty and directing campaign content. Elizabeth conducted media junkets and exposed acts of animal cruelty, leading to industry changes.

Before their current role, Elizabeth served as the North American Operations Manager at Shared Source, where they facilitated relationships between roasters and producers and managed inventory, shipping, and receiving.

Elizabeth is currently working as a Product Marketing Manager at Bellwether Coffee, overseeing brand and product messaging and leading a team of designers and content creators.

Elizabeth Pachaud completed a Certificate in Content Strategy and Storytelling at the University of Washington from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011.
