Pavan Bahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and creative strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Bellwether Culture since March 2019, Pavan leads a hybrid events and creative content agency that provides comprehensive services for brands and events. As Vice President of Operations at OMI Parts since September 2012, Pavan oversees the manufacturing of quality parts for OEMs and wholesalers. Pavan also engages as a Private Investor at Refundid and Co-Founder at NRVLD.co, focusing on experiential gatherings related to phygital interaction and web3 initiatives. Additionally, Pavan holds the role of Co-Founder at Large and President of MouthMedia Network, managing its financial and operational success. Previous roles include Founder & CEO of Open Source Fashion and Operations Manager at OM International Inc. Pavan's career began in finance with Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
