Charlie has led top producing teams in Phoenix, San Diego and San Clemente. These teams have produced an annual of $1.5 Billion across all property type assets. In addition to financing multi-family, retail office, and industrial assets, Charlie has specific expertise with regards to Manufactured Housing developments, having been an owner and providing financial advisement within this industry during the last 20+ years.
