Bill Watson is the Co-Founder and EVP of Corporate Development at Spectrum Antimicrobials. Bill has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including investment banking, venture finance, and corporate finance.

Bill Watson has a long history of working with later stage companies. Bill was Vice President Corporate Finance at Finance 500, Inc., where they helped companies by providing investment banking services, director recruitment, management consulting, and securing equity and debt capital. Prior to that, they were Director of Venture Finance at Brookstreet Securities. There, they were responsible for overseeing all investment banking, portfolio management services, contract negotiations with issuers, business development with affiliated brokers, investor dispute resolution and strategic planning.

In 1995, Bill Watson co-founded Centennial Capital Management. The company grew from two employees to over 300 brokers in less than three years and generated over $30 million in annualized revenues. As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder, their responsibilities included overseeing all investment banking, portfolio management services, contract negotiations with issuers, business development with affiliated brokers, investor dispute resolution and strategic planning.

In 2002, Bill Watson joined the National Investment Banking Association as a Member of the Board of Directors. Bill served in this role for three years before joining Spectrum Antimicrobials in 2016.

Bill Watson graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in business.
