Kevin Bowen

Kevin is an executive vice president and based in the Dallas office of Bellwether Enterprise. With 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Kevin is responsible for multifamily mortgage loan activities for the central U.S. He originates and underwrites permanent debt financing for commercial and multifamily rental property transactions, primarily in the central and southwest regions. Kevin specializes in transactions involving Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and/or projects that have affordable restrictions.

Prior to joining Enterprise in 2010, Kevin was vice president of KeyBank Real Estate Capital and was responsible for lending in a six-state region in the southern U.S. He originated CMBS, Fannie Mae, FHA, life company, pension fund loans and credit tenant lease loans. Early in his career, Kevin supervised a wide range of servicing transactions as an asset manager at ORIX Capital Markets.

Kevin is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Additionally, Kevin holds a Masters of Real Estate degree from University of Texas at Arlington.
