Aubrey Arnold has a diverse work experience in the education field. Aubrey started their career in 2015 as a Teacher Intern at Harold C. Johnson Elementary, where they created an enthusiastic classroom environment and utilized hands-on activities to promote understanding. In subsequent years, they worked as a Teacher Intern at Foster Park Elementary School, where they participated in team planning and provided diverse activities to improve critical thinking skills. Aubrey also worked as a Tutor at Finley Road Elementary School, emphasizing language growth and maintaining classroom discipline. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant and Assistant Mathematics Teacher at Tanglewood Middle School, providing academic and enrichment activities. Aubrey later became a Teacher Assistant at Chester Park Elementary of Inquiry, focusing on applying core content and designing appropriate instruction. Aubrey also has experience at the YMCA of Greenville, where they provided hands-on activities and effective communication with parents and staff. Aubrey then taught first grade at Lead Academy Charter School, where they turned around a class with severe management issues by establishing a teamwork environment. Following this, they worked as a Second Grade Teacher at Greenville County Schools. Aubrey'smost recent role is as a Math Teacher at BellXcel, where they develop lessons and instructs rising 6th-grade students on Mathematics Learning Standards and grade level expectations. Throughout their career, Aubrey has consistently focused on creating engaging and collaborative learning environments for students.

Aubrey Arnold obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Winthrop University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In December 2017, they received their Teacher Certification from the South Carolina Department of Education. Aubrey also obtained a Teacher Permit from the State of South Carolina in April 2013. In May 2015, they obtained CPR and First Aid Certifications. From 2019 to 2022, Aubrey pursued a Master of Education degree in Literacy Coaching from Clemson University. Additionally, they completed Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children training in December 2016.
