Rashid Parham

Rashid Parham has worked in the IT and business technology industry since 1999. Rashid started their career at Stream Global Services as a Network Support Technician and Call Center Representative. In 2000, they worked as a Network Analyst for iBasis and Genuity Inc (now Level 3). From 2001 to 2006, Rashid worked as a Network Technician II at Thomson Financial, Senior Helpdesk Analyst at Albertsons, and Help Desk Analyst II at Biogen Idec. In 2008, they joined BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life) as a Senior Manager of Business Systems and System Administrator. Since 2015, Rashid has been with BellXcel, where they have held the roles of Director, Business IT Operations, Assistant Director, Business Technology, and Cloud Infrastructure Manager. In 2021, they researched and implemented several new security measures, such as Threatlocker, DarkWebID, JumpCloud, Sophos Central, and Datto RMM.

Rashid Parham attended the Computer Learning Center from 1997 to 1998, where they earned a PC/LAN Administration degree in the field of Information Technology.
