Sasha Trosch

Associate Vice President, Philanthropic Partnerships at BellXcel

Sasha Trosch has been working in the fields of philanthropic partnerships, development, strategic communications, marketing, and event management since 1995. Sasha began their career as the Director of Community Affairs at Queens University of Charlotte, where they managed major affinity groups and signature events. Sasha then moved on to the NC Blumenthal Performing Arts Center as the Director of Public Relations, where they developed a comprehensive public relations plan and served on the creative team for the Center's image campaign. In 1999, they were appointed Executive Director of External Relations at the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they developed strategies to support the college through communications/marketing, alumni relations, business partnerships, and community outreach. In 2013, they worked as a Communications Consultant and Volunteer Leader. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Director of Development and Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life). In 2018, their role was elevated to Associate Vice President, Philanthropic Partnerships and Senior Director, Philanthropic Partnerships at BellXcel (formerly Building Educated Leaders for Life). In this role, they have gained invaluable experience in managing and motivating team members in a remote work environment.

Sasha Trosch holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a B.A. in English from Wittenberg University.
