Thu Nguyen

Thu Nguyen has held various roles in the past decade. In 2010, Thu Nguyen was a Barista and Cashier at Montgomery College. In 2015, Thu Nguyen was an intern Pront Desk Receptionist at the Literacy Council of Montgomery County. From 2016 to 2019, Thu Nguyen was a Customer Service Specialist and a Specialist, Implementation Support at BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life). Since 2019, Thu Nguyen has been a Manager, Implementation Support at BellXcel.

Thu Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Technology Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained in 2014. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Montgomery College in 2012. In addition, Thu Nguyen has obtained two certifications: Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting from LinkedIn in November 2020 and Salesforce Trailhead.
