Dr. Theresa Paterra, Ed.D, currently serves as the Manager of the Center for Student Success at Belmont College, where responsibilities include overseeing testing labs, tutoring services, career services, and student activities, alongside acting as an advisor for the Beta Theta Mu chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. With extensive experience in education, Dr. Paterra has held positions such as Adjunct Faculty and TRIO Upward Bound & Aspire at Eastern Gateway Community College, Employment Specialist at Goodwill Industries, Education Program Assistant at Ohio University-Zanesville Campus, and Teacher at Brooke County Schools, among others. Dr. Paterra holds a Doctor of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language from Northcentral University, a Master of Education from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Western Governors University.
