Paul Gasparro, Ed.D., has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious organizations. Paul started their career as a Major, O-4, Communications Computer Officer in the United States Space Force, where they served for over 12 years. In 1994, they transitioned to Tyler Junior College, where they held the position of Managing Director until 2002.

From there, Gasparro moved on to Chattanooga State Community College, serving as the Dean of Business and Computer Science from 2002 to 2003. Paul continued their upward trajectory by joining Chattahoochee Technical College as the Vice President of Academic Affairs from 2004 to 2006.

In 2008, Gasparro joined Seminole State College as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer, a role they held until 2011. Paul then took on the position of President and Eastern Campus/College-wide Vice President at Cuyahoga Community College, where they made significant contributions until 2014.

Currently, Gasparro serves as the President of Belmont College, a role they have held since 2014. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to academic excellence.

Paul Gasparro, Ed.D. completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Colorado Technical University in 1980. Paul then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Resource Management from Webster University, which they obtained in 1986. In 1997, they achieved a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
